St. Mary’s Cathedral will host “Brass & Pipes – The Power of Music,” a free concert planned by organizers to be “a joyous celebration of unity and inspiration.” It will feature organist David Carrier and the New England Brass Quartet (whose members are John Smialek, Tobias Monte, Brandi Smialek, and Ken Longstreeth). Musical pieces will include works by Gabrieli, Mouret, Elgar, Wagner, Vierne, Bedard and others. The concert is being sponsored by Creative Arts Network, Inc.
It is free and open to all.
