About the Divine Mercy Chaplet

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is a prayer of intercession prayed on rosary beads in as little as 10 minutes that extends the Eucharist’s offering. The devotion was given to Saint Faustina in 1935 through a series of private revelations from Jesus Christ. In the Diary of Saint Faustina, numerous promises are associated with the Divine Mercy Chaplet, including: “At the hour of their death, I defend as My own glory every soul that will say this chaplet; or when others say it for a dying person, the pardon is the same” (#811).
