The commemoration of all the Faithful Departed is observed each year on this date. “Eternal rest grant unto them , O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.”

All are welcome to this Mass, celebrated annually to pray for deceased bishops, priests, and deacons of the Diocese of Fall River especially those who have died during the past year. This Mass is always offered during November, a month especially dedicated to remembering and praying for our beloved dead.
