FALL RIVER — Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, S.D.V., will celebrate the Fall River Diocesan Television Mass on Easter Sunday, March 31, on WLNE-TV, Channel 6. The expanded hourlong TV Mass will air on Easter from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.

At 7 p.m. on Easter Sunday, the Portuguese Channel will air Easter Mass celebrated earlier that day at Immaculate Conception Church in New Bedford. Father Mariano Varela, I.V.E., who is pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish, will be celebrant of the Mass. The Portuguese Channel is carried by most cable systems in communities in the Diocese of Fall River.
