FALL RIVER \u2014 A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in honor of Pope Francis in the Diocese of Fall River at 7 p.m., on Monday, April 28<\/strong>, in St. Mary\u2019s Cathedral<\/a>, Fall River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All are welcome to attend the Mass to remember and give thanks for the ministry of Pope Francis and to pray for the peaceful repose of his soul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pope Francis died on Easter Monday, April 21, in Rome at the age of 88.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, S.D.V., will be the celebrant of the Memorial Mass and homilist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St. Mary’s Cathedral is located at 327 Second Street in Fall River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Memorial Mass will be livestreamed on the Our Lady of Fall River website at olfallriver.com\/watch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
