Parish Vocations Committee Members Day of Enrichment & Prayer

All members of Parish Vocations Committees are invited to this program of enrichment, sharing and prayer to take place as the National Vocations Awareness Week begins in the U.S. The program will include two presentations focusing on reaching teenagers, lunch, and time for prayer and discussion. It will conclude with a Holy Hour for Vocations with Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, S.D.V., in St. Mary’s Cathedral. Presenter at the program will be Jennessa Terraccino, who spent a number of years serving as Coordinator of Youth Ministry in the Arlington Diocese. A dynamic speaker and author on that ministry, she has made frequent appearances on Catholic TV, EWTN and other Catholic media and has led online conferences. At present, 32 parishes throughout the Fall River Diocese have active Vocations Committees with a collective total of 131 members. All are encouraged to attend this day planned for them. There is no charge, but registration by Oct. 28th is asked in order to have an accurate lunch count. Please contact Sr. Paulina Hurtado, O.P., Associate Diocesan Director of Vocations at Sr.Paulina@dioc-fr.org or by telephone at 508-675-1311. Read this flyer for more information.
