Rosary for America

Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, S.D.V., invites members of the Diocese to join U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops President Archbishop José H. Gomez, bishops, priests, and Catholics across the country in praying a virtual Rosary in a moment of unified prayer for America at 3 p.m.  on Wednesday, October 7. You can take part via the Diocesan Facebook page or the U.S. Bishops’ Conference YouTube channel. All are encouraged to pause in a moment of prayer for America at this time when there is so much unrest and uncertainty; to ask Our Lady to lead us to her son Jesus, the Prince of Peace.

The Bishops’ Conference will be using the hashtag #RosaryForAmerica on its social media channels leading up to the virtual Rosary and encouraging the faithful to share where they are praying from, post a photo of their rosary, and leave a prayer intention for our country.
