Theology on Tap

August 8, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The Catholic Parishes of Seekonk, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, will host this “Theology on Tap” for millennials. Those who are ages 18 – 40 are invited to enjoy free food and beverages while engaging in a frank discussion about our Catholic Faith.  The theme will be “Is the Catholic Church Still Relevant in the 21st century?”  The parishes especially welcome those who have perhaps drifted away from the Faith to come and enjoy this fellowship. There is no commitment to join anything – come and enjoy good food while discussing the “Good News” of Jesus Christ.  Our Lady of Mount Carmel pastor Father Mark Hession will be on hand to facilitate discussion. Patrick Collins, author of Fighting for My Life – How I Found God and Beat Lyme Disease will be sharing his story.  (Attendees must be 21 to consume beer and wine.)

Please contact Frank Gibbons at 508-336-5461 or by e-mail at frankjgibb@aol.com if you plan to attend in assist planners ordering the food.
