SUMMARY:Fall Preparation Process for Adult Confirmation Opening Session
DESCRIPTION:The diocesan preparation program for those adults (18+) seeking to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation is intended to provide catechetical instruction in the faith\, as well as spiritual support to compliment the parish in the formation of candidates\, who are completing their initiation in the Catholic Church. \nPrior to registration\, candidates must begin this process by meeting with the pastor to:\n• Gather canonical documents\n• Determine if there are any impediments to the reception of the Sacrament\n• Ascertain desire and disposition of the inquirer requesting the Sacrament \nThis program consists of seven sessions total\, with both virtual and in-person sessions.
