Taunton Deanery Lenten Mission is Feb. 21-24 Author: Diocese of Fall River In the News 22 Fev 2016 Share A Lenten Mission for parishes in the Taunton Deanery will take place from Sunday, February 21, through Wednesday, February 24, at 7 p.m. each evening at St. Ann’s Church in Raynham. The theme for this year’s mission is “God’s Mercy and Us…and Them!” The mission will be preached by Father David S. Marcham, who is now serving as vice-postulator for the cause for sainthood of Servant of God Father Patrick Peyton, C.S.C., known as the “Rosary Priest.” Sunday evening’s mission will be preached during a Holy Hour. On Monday and Tuesday, it will be preached during the celebration of Mass, and on Wednesday it will be offered in the context of a Penance Service. All are welcome to attend all of the sessions or as many as one’s schedule allows.
