\"\"<\/a>How does a Christian approach issues at the end-of-life? This presentation will examine some of the basic moral principles that help to guide us in medical decision-making, and assist us in helping our loved ones to live out their final days with the true dignity each human person deserves.<\/strong> Particular issues such as physician-assisted suicide, MOLST, and the importance of having a Christian Health Care Proxy will also be included. The presentation will include an opportunity for Q & A and materials will be available.<\/p>\n

The presenter will be Father Tad Pacholczyk, Ph.D., a priest of the Diocese of Fall River who serves as the senior ethicist at the National Catholic Bioethics Center in Pennsylvania.<\/strong> He speaks and writes extensively on bioethics and medical ethics and has participated in debates and roundtables on contemporary bioethics throughout North America and Europe.
