Eucharistic Weekend at St. Anne’s Shrine

In the spirit of the National Eucharistic Revival, Saint Anne Shrine invites all to take part in this special Eucharistic Weekend, Friday, May 31, through Sunday, June 2. All events will be held in the lower church.

Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, S.D.V., will celebrate a 6 p.m. Mass on Friday to open the weekend and will also bless the Adoration Chapel. A Holy Hour for Vocations will follow at 7:30 p.m.

The weekend schedule is as follows:

• Friday, May 31 ~ 6 p.m: Opening Mass and Blessing of the Adoration Chapel (celebrated by Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, SDV)
• Friday, May 31 ~ 7:30 p.m: Holy Hour for Vocations (co-sponsored by the Diocese of Fall River Vocations Office)
• Saturday, June 1 ~ 2 p.m: Hora Santa Com Devoções Portuguesas
• Sunday, June 2 ~ 2 p.m: Mission of Mercy Holy Hour
• Sunday, June 2 ~ 3 p.m: Eucharistic Procession

All weekend, St. Anne’s Shrine will also be hosting:

• 40 Hours’ Devotion
• Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit (co-sponsored by the Diocese of Fall River Secretariat for the New Evangelization)
