October is Mental Health Awareness month. In recognition of the impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals, their families and caregivers, Bishop Edgar da Cunha, S.D.V., will offer a special Mass on Sunday, October 29th, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption on Second Street in Fall River. This Mass will be offered for those who have lost a loved one to suicide, drug and alcohol use, or mental illness. In addition, it will be offered for those who are currently experiencing mental health challenges. All are welcome!
A Book of Remembrance will be offered during the Mass for those who have died.
