Press Releases and Statements 1 Apr 2022 Share FALL RIVER — The Diocese of Fall River will host a special morning of prayer, reflection, and discussion to conclude the Diocesan Phase of the 2021-2023 Synod. Parish Synod Ambassadors and any participants in Synod consultations are invited to join Bishop Edgar da Cunha, S.D.V. for the event on Saturday, April 23, from 9 a.m. to noon. The morning begins with Mass and continues with an opportunity to share, listen, and discuss the Synodal journey experience in the Diocese of Fall River. The Mass will be celebrated in St. Julie Billiart Church, 494 Slocum Road in Dartmouth. The program to follow will take in Bishop Stang High School, located next door to the church (500 Slocum Road.)
